SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

Ticket to the Gala Dinner is not included in the registration package.

PAYMENT DEADLINES

Registrations received by 31 July 2019 must be paid in full by 31 July 2019 in order to receive the early bird registration rate. To benefit from the student registration fee, you must send proof of your full-time registration as a student for Spring 2019 or Autumn 2019, such as a copy of your student ID, schedule or letter from a supervisor when registering. 

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress secretariat.
Cancellations received prior to 05 August 2019 will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations received after 05 August 2019 will not be refunded.
